This unit is above our detached garage on our 5 acre property. You need to be comfortable climbing exterior stairs to the entrance.

This A-Frame Guest house is 400 sf with 2 pony walls.

Private drive and guest parking area with 2 spaces. Private back yard with fencing and Bamboo for privacy ( not completely fenced)

Hosts live in the main house. Visually impaired dog lives on the property. ( She may bark if she hears your car on the drive but is very sweet and not aggressive)

Queen size sleeper in the living room area.

No full- size oven. We do provide an induction cook-top, microwave, and Ninja combo toaster/air fry/ baking unit.
